Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Sometimes as we all have experienced, there is a hole put through a package by any sort of accident. We know and understand. Please read through our return policy on how we work with returns.

Returns for damage in shipping

All orders are packaged and shipped to arrive in mint condition.
If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing damage.

This will ensure immediate replacement of your order or refund. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately via email (order@stiernspetzdesign.se) or telephone +46 (0)70 2550051.

Return for wrong item or an item you do not wish to keep

If you decide that your purchase simply isn’t right, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Johan Stiernspetz Design will issue refunds or store credit for goods returned (LESS SHIPPING) in the original packaging AND if received in sell-able condition.

Please contact us in advance for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and please return the item with care using the original packing when shipping. Poorly re-packed items may result in a refused refund.

  • Order number
  • Item description
  • Shipping addressee name
  • Please also provide a copy of your receipt and a note referring to any conversation you have had with us included in the return shipment
